SHIPPING
Each Winter House piece is made to order in our London studio. Because of this, please allow up to 10 business days from your purchase date for your item(s) to ship. If your item contains precious stones, this may take longer (up to 20 working days). Once your order is made and dispatched, we will Email you with your tracking information.
Custom taxes etc are not our responsibility please check this if you are buying from abroad.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
By purchasing from The Winter House, you are agreeing to the following terms. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact winterhousejewellery@gmail.com
- Please Include the following in your Email: Order Number, Name on Order, and a brief explanation on the issue with your purchase.
- All products are made to order. Due to the nature of the process, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns. However, depending on the situation, you may ship your item back to us, and we will fix any issues with the piece.
LOST + STOLEN PACKAGES
The Winter House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been issued. However, if your order is lost or stolen, please email the following details: Order number and Name on order, to winterhousejewellery@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you in finding a solution.
